1. 🧠 Who We Are

FlowSite Automation ("we", "our", or "us") offers IT consulting, automation, and other nerd-approved services to help you, the user ("you", "your"), solve tech headaches without breaking a sweat (or a hard drive).

2. 🛠️ Services Provided

We offer services such as:

IT consulting and troubleshooting

AI and automation setup

Website configuration and design

Friendly geek wisdom

Services may vary by location, availability, and the phase of the moon (just kidding... mostly).

3. 📅 Appointments & Cancellations

Appointments can be scheduled online, by phone, or via email.

Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

Missed appointments without notice may incur a fee because time travel isn’t part of our skillset (yet).

4. 💳 Payments & Fees

All payments are due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing.

We accept credit/debit cards and other payment methods securely through trusted platforms.

5. 💻 Tech Disclaimers

We do our geeky best, but:

We’re not liable for data loss. Please back up your data before any service. (Seriously. Please.)

We’re not responsible for hardware/software issues outside of our control, including manufacturer defects, third-party software bugs, or that one “friend who already tried fixing it.”

Diagnostic fees may apply even if the issue isn’t resolved, though we’ll do everything we can to help.

6. 📜 No Warranties (Because Murphy’s Law Exists)

Our services are provided "as-is" and "as available." While we make every effort to deliver excellent results, we can't promise perfection or guarantee your toaster won’t try to join your Wi-Fi.

7. 🛡️ Privacy & Data

Short version: We protect your info, don’t sell it, and only use it to help you geek out more efficiently.

8. 🚫 Acceptable Use

Don’t use our services to:

Break the law

Engage in shady stuff (fraud, piracy, etc.)

Harm, hack, or harass others

Try to recruit us into a pyramid scheme. Just... no.

If you do, we’ll cancel your services faster than a pop-up ad on dial-up.

9. ⚖️ Legal Stuff

These terms are governed by the laws of Florida.

Any disputes will be handled in the courts of [Bradenton, Florida].

If any part of these terms is found invalid, the rest still stands like a good firewall.

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we’ll update the “Effective Date” above and post the changes here. Continued use of our services = acceptance of any changes.
